I finally got to see the Worker's Stadium from the inside as we live right next door and have only seen the exterior for the past two years...... The official spectator total was 50,802 and we were even treated to the cheerleaders and volunteers who initiated the 'wave' around the stadium.......The Chinese were great spectators too as they were cheering for whoever had the ball so that was great.....
So I combined a nice foot massage across the street at Bohdi before walking across the street to get my seat......An overall great atmosphere, especially since Belgium trounced the Italians who were the favorite to win....
