We are back from our trip in the south of China, Guanxi province to be more precise we visited: Guilin, Longsheng, Yangshuo… but before sharing our experiences I wanted to talk a little bit more about: “we don’t see thing the same way them and us…”
One thing that always amazes me when I take a plane in China (besides arriving alive?!) is that the flight attendants have a different way of presenting the food here. “Noodle or Rice” is usually the question…. but what I want to know is what kind of “meat” is with the rice or noodle. Wouldn’t you find it odd if you were asked if you wanted vegetable or pasta and the stewardess didn’t mentioned that one came with beef and the other with chicken?. What’s really important here is if you either feel like eating rice or noodle and the main dish is really secondary!
